SHIPPING

All our watches are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days by Regular Mail (10–20 days), DHL Express (5–10 days), or Triangular Shipping.

Direct Shipping from China (Regular Mail)

Orders shipped directly from China are dispatched from our shipping facility located at:

We have very experienced shipping agents who have worked with us for years. They use specialized shipping routes depending on the destination country. For this reason, we may use different logistics companies to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery available.

Express Shipping

Our express shipping is carried out by DHL Express. In some cases, we may use different logistics companies depending on the destination country to ensure a safer and more reliable delivery.

Triangular Shipping via Transit Areas

Some countries have particularly strict customs policies, including certain EU and South American countries. China is known as a major source of replica goods, which can sometimes result in packages originating from China being inspected or confiscated by customs.

To provide additional shipping options and improve delivery reliability, we work with operational and transit locations in different regions.

Our current transit and operational locations include:

There are two points that you need to know when choosing Triangular Shipping:

  • The shipping fee will normally be $20 higher than regular shipping directly from China.
  • Delivery may take longer than regular shipping directly from China.

If you do not have previous experience receiving replica products in your country, we strongly advise choosing this shipping method to increase the chances of your order being delivered safely.

We recommend the use of DHL Express or Triangular Shipping, as ordinary mail may suffer unreasonable delays or losses over which we have no control and for which we will not be able to refund you.

Please make sure to provide a valid telephone number in your shipping address so that, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can arrange a new delivery appointment with the courier.

If the goods are not received after the third delivery attempt, the watch may be destroyed and we will not be able to refund the payment.

If, for any other reason, the watch is not delivered to you, don’t worry: we will arrange a new shipment completely at our expense.

All our watches are shipped using established shipping routes designed to reduce the risk of customs detention. You will therefore not have to pay any customs duties or additional expenses.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

The return policy will not apply if you have already worn the product. Therefore, please keep the product in exactly the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to return the product, please contact us and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return the product to the address we provide and then send us the tracking number.

Please do not use major shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, or FedEx. Use regular registered mail to avoid potential entry problems.

The cost of return shipping is entirely your responsibility.

Please bear in mind that returning a product to China is not always easy, and Chinese customs may refuse the return and send the product back to you.

In this case, you may have to ship the product twice and wait considerably longer for the return to be completed.

For this reason, before purchasing, please carefully choose the product and size in order to minimize the possibility of having to return it.

In any case, we will not be able to issue a refund until we have received the purchased product back.
